Tricia Fisher

Tricia Fisher brings seventeen years of distinguished civilian experience within the Department of Navy, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership in complex program management and product support acquisition. Throughout her career, she has served in multiple aviation and shipbuilding program offices, progressing from a logistics intern to her current role as a product support program manager. Tricia has completed multiple executive leadership programs within the Department of Navy and actively mentors civilian employees across various career stages. 

Her commitment to public service began early in her career with a year of dedicated service in AmeriCorps, where she completed multiple community development projects throughout middle America. Her work included disaster recovery efforts supporting Gulf Coast communities affected by Hurricane Katrina, municipal beautification initiatives, and infrastructure maintenance projects at recreational facilities and youth camps. 

Tricia Fisher graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology and earned her Master’s in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. She is currently pursuing her PhD in International Studies at Old Dominion University, concentrating Conflict and Cooperation and U.S. Foreign Policy, with particular focus on policy and strategy regarding Arctic and Outer Space domains.
